Smoky Bourbon BBQ

This rub has the perfect amount of smoky sweetness with hints of bourbon.  When cooked, it creates a sweet glaze that will be sure to elevate anything you add it to.  Warning:  Don't plan on any leftovers when using this rub.  It's that good!
